• To foster the expansion of its business development activities in the Philippines and Asia, Egis is seeking the services of a Senior Proposals Engineer to work for the Asia Region Tender Unit (TU).
• The Senior Proposals Engineer will act primarily as a support to EOI and Proposals preparation under the supervision of the Business Lines (BL) Bid managers and will help to develop first class winning proposals both for the technical, marketing and commercial aspects.  

• Expression of Interest (EoI) preparation support
  Websites and online tender boards monitoring in view of scouting opportunities from targeted clients (public and private)
• Interactions and coordination with internal or external partners with which Egis wish to express interest, in close relation with the BL Bid Manager and the Country manager
• Preparation of Expression of Interest to the Client upon validation by the BL and the Region, in coordination with the Proposals coordinators in charge to compile the documentation
• Prepares the Digest, Bid Schedule and organize the bid Kick Off meeting under the BL Bid Manager supervision and prepares the RACI matrix
• Defines the Project Understanding, Scope of Work, Services offered, Time Schedule, Manning/ Staffing Schedule, Fees Schedule and Financial Terms & Conditions/ Notes to the Client and identify any clarifications or exceptions to the Customer’s inquiry
• Support the production of compelling technical proposal, coordinate the technical contributions of all BL / SL, and consolidate a final document for review, identify the gaps and key strength of the Group to highlight in the proposal
• Coordinates mandatory corporate due diligences for the proposal: legal, insurance, guarantees, tax and financial reviews and Environmental and Social Governance
• Coordinate within the Regional TU and the Central TU (Europe) for reference selection and scoring
• Suggests project implementation strategies with the Senior BD Manager including local subconsultants to BL Bid Manager

EDUCATIONAL LEVEL
o   MSc Civil Engineering or related field

 
EXPERIENCE
o   Min 7 years of professional experience

o   Working for international consultant

o   Knowledgeable on IFII’s procurement process

o   Experienced on the preparation of Tenders applying the RA9184 procurement guidelines

 
SKILLS
o   Strongly proficient in MS Office, Applicant Tracking System, online tools and job boards

o   Rigorous

o   High attention to details

o   Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in international environment
