Job description

Duties to include (but are not limited to) the below. The position will require candidate to co-ordinate and prioritise the tasks required. Some tasks are daily, others monthly, some only as required.

 

  • Typing and formatting of Correspondence, Reports, Documents, Spreadsheets. Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Compiling documents for issue.
  • Photocopying, Scanning, Filing and Posting.
  • Complying with Quality Procedures.
  • Monitoring Timesheets Compliance by Staff.
  • Assisting Project Managers with Project admin requirements.
  • Caretaking Office environment.
  • Assisting office staff with admin tasks as required.
  • Assistance with admin tasks for other offices when required (carried out from Dublin office).
  • Any other administration style duties as required of you by management. Reception leave cover.

 

Achieving the above tasks and other deliverables to the required quality and time scales.

Working and co-ordinating with other Administration staff, Engineers, Technicians, & CAD Operators. Contributing to the promotion of good morale among staff and colleagues.
