Job description

Position Overview:


As a Head of Department - Infrastructure you will be responsible for the project delivery, technical excellence, and maintaining client relationships.  You will collaborate with project teams, mentor engineers, and ensure successful project outcomes.


 


 


Key Responsibilities:


Lead and oversee Infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and adherence to project timelines.


 


Participate in technical and quality reviews of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.


 


Work closely with a team of engineers and technicians, contributing to a collaborative and productive work environment.


Maintain client relationships by addressing queries and providing technical assistance as required.


Lead the strategic planning and development of the Infrastructure division, including identifying new business opportunities and improving technical processe·      


Participate in the team’s Performance and Development Review process, seeking opportunities for professional growth and development.


·       Conduct comprehensive technical and quality reviews of projects, identifying and addressing potential issues.


·   Preparing technical proposals, bid submissions, and additional fee proposals to support business growth.


·       Responsible for resource planning activities to ensure effective utilization of team members and project resource


 


Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Infrastructure team, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.


 


Provide regular reports on project status, technical performance, and team development to senior management.
