Job description
• Take the lead in Architectural technical matters assigned to project including but not limited to review all the Arch. shop drawings , Material Submittals , RFIs , Arch Method of statement , Moch up , Sample etc.
• Provide clash / coordination solutions and ensure compliance to local authority regulations and codes.
• Key member of all technical coordination between all disciplines.
• Review the detailed design from Authority perspective and against SBC code and MOMRA guidelines and notify the design team with any concerns.
• Lead and assist Architect team in all Arch Construction documents including the site works for finishing activities.
• Keep updating the team about all local authorities’ regulations and record keeping of the same.
• Attending technical discussions with project stakeholders.
• Assist project manager to achieve accuracy while review all the Architectural submissions and technical matters.
• Collaborate with other team members and PMC to determine construction solutions needs and requirements for the project.
• Arrange meetings to review contractor technical submittals and Contractor Arch. quality.
• Allocation, distribution and follow up of task within the Arch. team, checking of works produced.
• Works closely with relevant external parties and clients to ensure timely delivery for Construction submittals according to plan.
