The M25 is one of our Flagship projects in the UK! It is the most used part of the UK Strategic Road Network with it seeing over 200,000 vehicles per day and it’s a critical infrastructure asset for personal and goods vehicles into and around our capital. The network includes around 800 structures and 5 tunnels, so it requires high levels of performance, constant improvement and repairs to keep it operating smoothly.
We’ve formed a Joint Venture project called Connect Plus Services (CPS) to work with our partners to widen, operate and maintain the M25 under a 30-year contract and we are looking for a Structures and Tunnels Data Manager.
Key responsibilities / duties:
- Supporting the development, implementation and population of the AMS2 programme, currently in development
- Utilising the Asset Management System including RMMS and IAMIS National Highways System for inventory and data input, extraction and auditing
- Carry out performance monitoring of data transfers between asset management systems, including CPS and National Highways software to ensure quality, correctness, and compliance with contractual data standards
- AMFP prioritisation data support
- Assist in collating information for effective performance measurement of condition reporting across assets with particular emphasis of structures and tunnels management systems
- Asist in the design and development of performance metrics, and support with ongoing policing and governance of Asset Management Office (AMO) processes
- Support with the comprehensive review of existing business processes including gap analysis
- Carry out other duties required by the Asset Data Manager, Structures Manager and Head of Power Assets commensurate with the role
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel
- Familiar with the concept of key performance indicators
- A good understanding of asset management systems
- Willingness to apply skills to new and evolving asset management systems and tools
- Understanding of Asset Management Systems (e.g IAMIS, etc)
- Understanding of working in an NH Area type contract
