Description de la mission

We are looking for a visionary leader to direct our Consulting & Operations activities across the ANZ region, aligning with our global strategic plans. This pivotal role involves developing business, overseeing profit and loss, and leading various operations, including Road, Airport, Rail, and Mobility Services O&M, Aviation Engineering, and Advisory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive significant commercial initiatives, developing leads into opportunities and overseeing tender preparations.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of business stakeholders, managing key accounts, and implementing strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure financial performance by achieving targets and managing budgets.
  • Coordinate the region’s steering committee and provide operational advice to ensure service excellence.
  • Champion sustainability and ethical practices within all business activities.

Profil

Qualifications

 

  • Extensive experience with major high-profile O&M and engineering/advisory projects within the ANZ region.
  • Demonstrated ability in the development, positioning, and winning of tenders for large O&M/PPP projects.
  • Technical and commercial proficiency specific to O&M/PPP business models and value creation.
  • Strong knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and partnering strategies.Mastery of key financial business levers including profit & loss, cash management, budgeting, and cost control principles.
  • Proven ability to build financial plans, manage resources, and interpret financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of effective interactions at all governmental levels and with diverse client groups.
  • Capability to deliver impactful presentations and represent the company at conferences and events to promote services.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse, multicultural, and multilingual environments.
